1. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes — but you’ll need to act quickly. We allow a 6-hour window after your order is placed to request any changes to your shipping address.
Please email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and the updated address.
After 6 hours, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made, as your order may already be in processing or prepared for dispatch.


2. Can I update my order details (size, colour, or cancel an item)?

If you’d like to make any changes to your order — such as size, colour, or removing an item — please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.
Send your request, along with your order number, to [email protected].
Please note: Updates are processed manually and may not appear immediately in your order confirmation or shipping emails. Requests submitted after 6 hours may not be accommodated.


3. How do I choose the right size?

We recommend measuring yourself and comparing your measurements directly with our chart, as sizing may vary slightly by region or cut.


4. Is sizing consistent across all LuniCouture products?

We aim for consistent sizing across our collections, but there may be slight variations due to different fabric types and silhouettes.

5. Do I have to pay customs duties for international orders?

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by your local authorities.
These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
