We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Validity Period

Our return and refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date of your original purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in its original condition and packaging
  • Have all original tags and labels attached

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

  • You will receive an email notification confirming the outcome
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method
  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or bank

If your refund has been approved but you haven’t received it:

  1. Double-check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card provider — processing delays may apply
  3. Reach out to your bank — some institutions take longer to post refunds

Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are final and non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If a refund is approved, return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund amount
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over a certain value — we are not responsible for returns we do not receive

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.
